Quantitative Cell Analysis
Research in quantitative cell analysis includes the examination of biological phenomena based on a thermodynamic theory of biological systems -- including cell growth, motility, and responses to perturbation. Data for these modeling efforts are obtained in the form of biochemical and cellular measurements and include those measurements that are provided by the Large-Scale Digital Cell Analysis System -- a university facility that is located inside the College of Medicine.
