Present Research Interests:
Discovery and application of enzymes and microorganism for various chemical, pharmaceutical, agro-chemical processes. Gene discovery and cloning. Microbial fermentation for production of products ranging from ethanol to proteins. Protein expression. Metabolism of natural and xenobiotic compounds and its applications.
