Data Management Services

The College of Engineering uses data generated externally and internally to manage some functions of the college. The ETC data management services provide easy access to Registrar and Admissions student data, including the graduate student database.  EASY surveys gather course and instructor evaluation data that are shared with appropriate faculty and staff; the data manager can create and set up those surveys. The data manager also provides support for internally generated data like shop reports that reflect charges to individual and departmental accounts; dynamic email lists, and engineering scholarships applications. Another aspect of data management is compiling and submitting survey data for U.S. News; Peterson's Graduate; ASEE; Engineering Workforce Commission (EWC) Surveys of Degrees and Enrollment.

Below is more detail about some of the data management services provided by the Data Manager. Read a profile of Carrie Hogarty, the data manager.
