Microspecimen Former Purpose:
This device allows
dental researchers to prepare reliable and uniform test sections
of human teeth and restorative compounds for scientific analysis.

Assignment:
Design and build a prototype specimen forming machine to
be tested and evaluated within the Department of Operative
Dentistry. Then incorporate practical enhancements,
as suggested by Operative Dentistry faculty, and create microspecimen
forming units to be sold nationally to various dental research
facilities. |
