Engineering Career/Job Fairs
Each year the College of Engineering holds two fairs, a career fair in late September and also in early February. This is a great way for students to meet 60-100 engineering, manufacturing, consulting and governmental organizations to discuss full-time, co-op and internship opportunities in the areas of Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
Mark your calendar for the
Fall 2012 Engineering Career
Fair to be held on Thursday, September 27, 2012. The fair will
be held from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the Main Lounge of the Iowa
Memorial Union. Companies
will be in attendance looking for graduates, interns & co-ops.
Be prepared and dress
professional as many companies conduct interviews the day after
the fair! Also, check the HireaHawk on-line system through ISIS as a number of companies
come back a few weeks after the fair to hold interviews.
