HireaHawk.com (formerly Employment Expo) is our on-line recruiting system designed to connect students and employers. Students can search for and apply for full-time jobs and internships, upload resumes and cover letters, sign-up for on-campus interviews, research organizations, find mentors, and view upcoming career events. Employers have the capability of postings jobs and co-op/internship positions, setting up on-campus interviews, and searching through the student resume books.
Student Registration Instructions:
- Click here to access HireaHawk.com
- Log on under "Current Users" or "New Users" as applicable.
- Update and/or create and submit your profile.
- Upload your resume and add it to the resume book (Employers search this book for qualified engineering candidates). Resumes typically are approved within 48 hours.
Alumni Registration Instructions (graduated over 6 months ago):
- Call 319-335-6280 to receive access to register.
- Click here to access HireaHawk.com
- Select "Click Here to Register" to create and submit your profile.
Employer Registration Instructions:
- Create your on-line profile and post any positions you have.
- Your will receive an e-mail when your account and/or job has been approved (typically within 24-48 hours).
- Log in with the username and password you created to add or edit positions, request on-campus interview schedules, or search through the student resume books.
