6:00 - 6:25 PM: Howard Chen - "The Adventures of Howard Chen: Graduate Research & Continuing Education" Howard is a College of Engineering Research Assistant and has contributed to prestigious research in bio-printing, machine automation, and ergonomics during his 6 years of research experience at The University of Iowa.

6:30 - 7:10 PM: Kathryn Lappegard - "What Employers Want You to Know About Intellectual Property" Kathryn is a Senior Patent Agent for DuPont Pioneer and has contributed to hundreds of patents, serving as an author for about 75 and a co-inventor of a dozen US and foreign patents during her 16 years of experience.

7:15 - 8:00 PM: Herm Reininga - "How to Get it Done 101" Herm is the Chief Engineer of the Next Generation Manufacturing Technology Initiative (NGMTI) which excels in implementing and developing breakthrough manufacturing technologies. Herm has served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Rockwell Collins and volunteers on the UI Industrial & Mechanical Engineering Advisory Board.
