College of Engineering Camps for Kids Begin June 20

The University of Iowa College of Engineering K-12 Outreach program will present three summer camp programs for children beginning June 20.

The programs, to be held at the Seamans Center for the Engineering Arts and Sciences on the UI Campus in Iowa City, will offer a variety of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) activities for children of all ages. They are:

--Robotics Camp, for ages 9-12, June 20-24, July 11-15, and Aug 1-5.
--PharmCamp, for girls having completed grades 4-6, July 18-22.
--RESP:ECT (Renewable Energy Science Program: Enriching the Community for Tomorrow), for students having completed grades 5, 6, or 7, July 18-22 and July 25-29.
