Engineering Teams with Science Station Kids' Camps

The University of Iowa College of Engineering, in cooperation with education sponsor AEGON Transamerica Foundation, will partner with the Cedar Rapids Science Station to present two eight-week summer camp programs for children from June 14 through Aug. 6.

The programs, to be held at Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids and at Van Allen Hall on the UI Campus in Iowa City, will offer a variety of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) activities for children of all ages.

"Vet Tech," "Math Detectives" and "State Fair Science" are just a few of the labs designed to help children learn while having fun. For more information or to register, visit or call 319-363-4629.
