Iowa Public Radio: Best and Worst Jobs

For 25 years, has ranked the best and worst jobs.   Their rating is based on physical demands, work environment, income, stress, and hiring outlook. Host Ben Kieffer of Iowa Public Radio's "River to River" talks with a few people that are on the best and worst lists.  Find out what people in those jobs think about their ranking.

Speaking on the No. 2 best job -- biomedical engineering -- is Tom Casavant, Roy J. Carver, Jr. Chair in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, professor of electrical and computer engineering, professor of biomedical engineering, and director of the Center for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.
