Andrew Kusiak, professor and departmental executive officer of mechanical and industrial engineering, is co-author on two papers recently published on innovation.

The first, Forecasting Technology Success Based on Patent Data, has been published by Technological Forecasting and Social Change in Vol. 96, No. 1.  The second, Analysis of Patent Documents with Weighted Association Rules, also was published by Technological Forecasting and Social Change in Vol. 92, No. 1.

Technological Forecasting and Social Change is an international journal, providing a major forum for those wishing to deal directly with the methodology and practice of technological forecasting and future studies as planning tools as they interrelate social, environmental and technological factors.
