Areas of Research

Research in quantitative cell analysis includes the analysis of biological phenomena based upon a thermodynamic theory of biological systems, including cell growth, motility, and responses to perturbation. Data for these modeling efforts are obtained in the form of biochemical and cellular measurements, including those provided by the Large-Scale Digital Cell Analysis System, a University Facility located in the College of Medicine.
