Freeboard Required for Wind Setup and Wave Runup
Do WRE (Linsley) Problem 7.32. Use Table 7.3 to correct for winds over the
reservoir (water) surface and Table 7.4 to evaluate the design wave height.
Determine the freeboard required for both conditions stated (a smooth dam face
and one with riprap).
