Breaking News

  • (2/4/08) All PC's are now on the network.
  • (2/3/08) Do NOT remove/change network cables in the LAB. We are currently working on getting ALL the machines on the network. Please be patient. In addition, two PC's are not communicating with the EMP-21 device programmer. Until this is resolved, simply use another PC to program the bootloader onto your PIC's.
  • (1/28/08) more links and FAQ's have been added to the Additional Information section.
  • (1/28/08) Prof. Robinson's Office Hours have changed and are noted above.
  • (1/26/08) Please inform the TA of any login, software or network issues with the Lab Computers ASAP.
  • Design Review Board (DRB) presentations will be held during the 1st week of May during normal class time. The time allocated for each presentation is 15 minutes per presentation. Please email me to reserve your timeslot (timeslots begin at 11:30, 11:45, 12:00, and 12:15). Timeslots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • make sure to follow the guidelines given in class for pre-labs and lab reports. You will be graded based on those criteria.
  • it is your responsibility to make sure the TA signs off on your lab when it is completed and you have demonstrated it working!
