Our goal is to develop a culture of giving throughout the College to meet the aspirational programmatic needs of faculty, staff and students.

- Develop vision and advancement priorities for each department/center in alignment with those of the College

- Have all DEOs and center directors attend advancement training and have regular meetings with development officers

- Educate faculty, staff and student organizations on advancement processes and how they can be helpful
