Hireahawk.com is the University's on-line recruiting system designed to connect students with employers and opportunities.  Students can search for companies and positions, upload their resume to be viewable by employers, apply for on-campus interviews, find student employment opportunities and MORE! Students have access from day one through graduation by logging in through MyUI. Employers can post opportunities, set up on-campus interviews, and search through the student resumes. 

Employer Registration Instructions:

  1. Create your on-line profile and post any positions you have.
  2. Your will receive an e-mail when your account and/or job has been approved (typically within 24-48 hours).
  3. Log in with the username and password you created to add or edit positions, request on-campus interview schedules, or search through the student resume books.

Student Registration Instructions:

  1. Click here to access Hireahawk.com
  2. Each UI student already has an account set up for them.
  3. Update and/or create and submit your profile.
  4. Upload your resume and start searching for positions. (Resumes are typically are approved within 48 hours.)

Alumni Registration Instructions (graduated over 6 months ago):

  1. Call 319-335-1023 to receive a registration password.
  2. Click here to access Hireahawk.com
  3. Select "Click Here to Register" to create and submit your profile.
