Now Hiring for Fall 2018 - CircuiTAtor

Engineering Tutoring and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering are looking for qualified candidates to join the CircuiTAtor team for fall 2018! This position combines the responsibilities of a Circuits TA and a Circuits Tutor to offer a comprehensive support structure for students enrolled in Circuits.

CircuiTAtors will work ten hours per week at $15/hour. Training will be provided at the beginning of the fall semester.

Engineering Tutoring General Information


Engineering Tutoring provides free group tutoring to students taking foundational and core courses in the Engineering curriculum. Engineering Tutoring is staffed by undergraduate students who have been successful in the courses they tutor.


Before midterm exams, Engineering Tutoring offers tutor led review sessions. Students find this resource helpful even if they do not attend tutoring on a regular basis. Find the Spring 2018 Review Schedule by clicking on "In this section" or by clicking the link below. 


Location: 3612 Seamans Center

Hours: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Sunday - Thursday 


Assistance is available for the following courses:

• Introduction to Engineering Problem Solving

• Principles of Chemistry I and II

• Introductory Physics I and II

• Engineering Math I - V

• Engineering Core Courses: Statics, Electrical Circuits, Thermodynamics

• Fluid Dynamics, Dynamics, Materials Science, and Mechanics of Deformable Bodies


Important Dates - Spring 2018:

First Day of Tutoring: Monday, January 22

Tutoring Closed: Sunday, March 11 - Sunday, March 18

Last Day of Tutoring: Thursday, May 3

Finals Week: SDC available for studying, but tutoring services not available.
