Cher Carney, senior research associate at the National Advanced Driving Simulator, is featured in a segment on WalletHub, on tips to parents with teen drivers.  The article focuses on "2018’s Best & Worst States for Teen Drivers."

Carney's areas of research are driver performance assessment, eye movement, crash avoidance telematics and standards development. She has spent the past ten years examining naturalistic teen driving behavior, particularly the effect of providing feedback on driver safety and the prevalence of distracting behaviors.
