Iowa BAJA is a non-profit student organization at the University of Iowa College of Engineering, representing the University of Iowa Chapter of SAE International. Each year the group designs, fabricates, and races a Mini-Baja Car at an SAE Collegiate Design Series Competition. The competition requires them to compete against other schools and universities from around the world. Iowa BAJA is comprised of engineering students who use Iowa BAJA to gain hands-on experience and apply their engineering knowledge.
