More than 70 Attend Taiwan Alumni Event

More than 70 alumni and friends of the College of Engineering attended a special alumni dinner and induction ceremony December 3 in Taipei, Taiwan.

Taiwan has the most Engineering alumni outside the U.S.

As part of the dinner, civil and environmental engineering graduate Cheng-Kung Cheng was inducted into the college's Distinguished Engineering Alumni Academy (https://www.engineering.uiowa.edu/news/cheng-inducted-distinguished-engi...).

The Academy honors University of Iowa engineering alumni for their personal contribution toward engineering achievement, leadership, and service to the profession and to society (https://www.engineering.uiowa.edu/alumni/awards/honor-wall/distinguished-engineering-alumni-academy-members.
