Retired COO and VP of Rockwell Collins, Robert M. Chiusano, will once again be offering a leadership seminar titled "Mediocrity is NOT an Option" based on his upcoming book publication. Engineering students are invited to register for this 1 SH seminar (057:120) through MyUI for the Spring 2015 semester. 

Students will learn the skills needed to gain a competitive edge in the professional world with understanding that mediocrity is not an option; including the importance of developing a career plan, the power of networking, the significance of soft skills and the value of mentoring.  The seminar will include participation in series of discussions and activities, deeper insight of personal strengths and weaknesses, how to enhance skills that employers desire, and become effective leaders in workplace.
