CBS2/FOX28, Cedar Rapids, broadcast a special report on a robot that assists students with visual impairments.  The project included assistance from the UI College of Engineering through Zhen Kan and Xuan Song, assistant professors of mechanical and industrial engineering.

The students also will compete this weekend in the FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship.
