Cwiertny Elected Congressional Fellow of AAAS

David Cwiertny, associate professor of civil and environmental engineering, associate faculty research engineer at IIHR--Hydroscience & Engineering, and director of the Environmental Policy Research Program, Public Policy Center, has be

en named a Congressional Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) for 2016-2017.

Cwiertny is one of only two Fellows chosen among more than 100 applicants.

He will spend the next year in Washington DC focusing on the science and technology in water policy.
