The College of Engineering will hold undergraduate commencement at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 16 at the Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, Coralville.

Participating university officials include Dan Reed, vice president for research and economic development.

Sastry Munukutla will be the guest speaker and inducted into the Distinguished Engineering Alumni Academy, which recognizes alumni who have made outstanding contributions to the profession or to society.

V. C. Patel will also be inducted into Legacy of Iowa Engineering, which honors those who have played key roles in shaping the college. Graduates should arrive no later than 9 a.m.
